We are happy to help to return any product you are not 100% satisfied with. We will make it right. Exclusions apply to consumable over the counter medicines, nutritional supplements, and perishable products. We value the health and safety of our customers. Refurbished electronics are final sale and we do not accept returns on these category of items. In certain cases an exception can be made however a 15% restocking fee applies.
To exchange or return an item, here is what you need to know:
You have 30 days after purchase to exchange or return, unless noted in our exceptions. You can return items for free by mail, or via a scheduled pickup from your home. Please provide your online purchase order number and we will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes and fees to the original form of payment or provide a replacement.
