To exchange or return an item, here is what you need to know:
You have 30 days after purchase to exchange or return, unless noted in our exceptions. You can return items for free by mail, or via a scheduled pickup from your home. Please provide your online purchase order number and we will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes and fees to the original form of payment or provide a replacement.

Most items purchased at GoEnbanc.com can be returned for free by mail. To return an item by mail if you have an account: 1. View your order history in the GoEnbanc app or at GoEnbanc.com. 2. Locate the item(s) you’d like to return. a. NOTE: Only items from the same order can be processed in the same return. Multiple items from multiple orders will need to be processed separately. 3. Select “Return” or “Replace” for each item and provide a reason for the return. 4. Select “Return by mail” to print your return label. 5. Package the item(s) along with all original packaging and accessories, then drop it off at USPS or FedEx locations. 6. For larger items, you will be prompted with the option to arrange a pickup at your home. 7. You’ll receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item. To return an item using guest checkout (no GoEnbanc account): Start your return online for easier processing by visiting our online order tracking system. Have your email address and order number handy.

You can choose the way that best fits your schedule to make the return for items purchased through the store or website.
